Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

East Core is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing team by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and are interested in recruiting, human resources, or business operations.
 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in managing the hiring process, building candidate relationships, and helping create a positive recruitment experience from start to finish.
 

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach

• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records

• Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork

• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms

• Support hiring initiatives and recruiting events

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates

• Represent Eastcore professionally throughout all recruiting efforts
   

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional and positive attitude

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

• Basic computer and administrative skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous recruiting, HR, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
